Our facilities are inspected and certified by relevant authorities. (All certificates are available on request) Inspected and certified by the National Archives of Namibia and couples to their requirements in terms of their Policy of Private Record Centers.
The storage and box handling facility and equipment has been inspected by the Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment Creation.
Regular Fire Safety Surveys are conducted by the Emergency Management Services of the City of Windhoek in terms of Article 16 of the Fire Regulations Act, Act 78 of 1972.
